Jill Tiefel is owner/principal of Innovative Writing and Design, LLC (www.innovativewritinganddesign.com). She has over 15 years of experience in technical communication, interaction design and usability testing. Jill holds a bachelor’s degree in print journalism from UW-Eau Claire. She is pursuing a graduate certificate in user experience from Bentley University in Waltham, Mass. She coaches grade school volleyball in her free time and her not-so-hidden talent is the ability to recite dialogue from the original Star Wars trilogy.
