Luke Kannel has 15 years of computer experience, spending the past decade in enterprise architecture, deployment, and maintenance. He recently joined Convergent Solutions as a Senior Systems Engineer, deploying Unified Communications solutions based on the Microsoft platform and blogging about it at Tin Cups and Strings. His development experience includes system automation based on PowerShell and the .Net Framework, and he has designed solutions that have supported 20,000+ users. As an instructor at Globe University he taught CompTIA courses and enjoyed the satisfaction of conveying technical knowledge to large audiences. In his spare time Luke enjoys music (especially singing) and the vibrant nightlife of Minneapolis.
